About BFF
Established by the estates of William R. and Jean P. Burt, the Burt Family Foundation makes annual donations to animal welfare organizations throughout the United States and beyond.
Since 2016 our gifts have been dedicated to the memory of their granddaughter Dr. Lauren Beebe, an artist, veterinarian, equestrian and mom who died terribly and too young.
in 2020 Cynthia Burt Beebe, daughter of Bill and Jean, doubled the value of the BFF as a generous bequest, allowing us to give more in honor of her love of animals, both wild and domestic.
The Burt Family Foundation is operated by Gillian von Neida Beebe, who remains passionate about the protection of all animals, domestic and wild.
Threats to animals are ever increasing and BFF supports organizations that protect them. Their work gives us hope for the future.
